Hello, I'm Erin Smith!

I'm a final-year BA (Hons) Textiles student at Arts University Bournemouth, graduating in July 2025. My practice specialises in Irish embroidery and digital print, combining hand craftsmanship with modern techniques to create expressive, luxury textile outcomes for womenswear.

With a strong eye for colour and a distinctive illustrative drawing style, I develop rich, layered visuals inspired by nature, light, and texture. My design process is rooted in storytelling — from hand-drawn studies to digitally composed prints and intricate embroidery, I craft thoughtful textiles that balance detail, innovation, and fashion-led aesthetics.
